The Cheesecake Shop started in 1991 from a small family owned cake shop in Sydney. One generation later and The Cheesecake Shop has grown into a household name with over 220 stores across Australia and New Zealand.Our purpose is to help families, friends, communities and workplaces celebrate life’s events. Whilst so much has changed at The Cheesecake Shop since 1991, that guiding purpose has remained. Through our franchisee network, we bring celebrations to life by producing delicious cakes baked fresh in store with great service, all from convenient suburban locations.
