A new four-in-one food brand retail concept is being unveiled in Sydney.

Food franchisor ST Group is set establish a single location hosting four of its eight brands with one franchisee at the helm, at an exciting new $2 billion mixed-used precinct, Brookfield Place at Wynyard in Sydney’s CBD.

For ST Group general manager Jian Hui Lee there is efficiency and variety packaged into the model.

“This is the first time we have included four brands into one location, and the site is owned by the franchisee. For this concept, it will be a shared space for the kitchen and dining area,” he told Inside Franchise Business.

“We will utilise self ordering kiosks and order ahead (mobile order) as the main ordering system for our customers.”

The new offer will give customers the choice to enjoy meals from different brands in one venue with PappaRich, NeNe Chicken, Hokkaido Cheese Tarts, and dessert chain Kurimu sharing the space.

“You will be able to have Korean fried chicken, curry laksa and cheese tart in one bill without the hassle of ordering from different platforms,” said Jian Hui.

“There are huge advantages to this model where our aim is to have high efficiency in labour management and provide customers with different dining experience. We are also able to catered to a wider demographic.

“This will be our first model and I do see more of this concept in the future especially with more sites up for lease in shopping centres or street shops.”
