Silver Chef has recently launched a new financial product tailored specifically for franchisors and franchisees. Its main aim at the expo is to create awareness of this new product and to let the hospitality franchise community know there is assistance for financing equipment.

Silver Chef franchise accreditation will mean that franchisees can access funding for their business without all of the usual financial hoops to jump through.

James Scurr, national franchise manager, explains. ñWe have worked with 44 franchise groups across the country in the last couple of years. Our aim is to get these franchise groups accredited with Silver Chef. We only launched Silver Chef franchise accreditation in January and already we have successfully accredited two franchise groups and I am working on accreditations with four more franchisors.î

The company has been working with some very large multi-brand franchisors that see the benefits of accreditation with Silver Chef. These franchisors are in the process of rolling out new pieces of equipment across the entire Australian network of stores which will see Silver Chef funding equipment for franchisees in excess of $5 million.
