Brazilian Beauty: another 30 salons in five years

Over the next five years Queensland-based salon franchise, Brazilian Beauty will focus on opening another 30 salons, as well as expanding interstate.

The business will open its 20th salon in December, and another five are already scheduled to open their doors next year.

Two will be located in Sydney and Melbourne’s city centres, a reflection of the brand’s expansion strategy – it is looking to secure convenient and easily accessible sites with high levels of foot traffic.

“We are setting ourselves up in a position to grow,” said Brazilian Beauty’s founder and CEO, Francesca Webster.

“Reaching 20 stores is representative of the level of client satisfaction Brazilian Beauty has achieved. The service offering and love of the brand is why franchisees are choosing to be a part of the Brazilian Beauty community.”

Webster believes the success of the business so far is a reflection of its focus on delivering the “client is king” philosophy.

“The key to our success is our people. Our franchisees and team members are all passionate ambassadors of the Brazilian Beauty brand,” she said.

“We make people feel great and gorgeous and as a result it makes us feel great.

“We work together and strive to communicate with our clients, listen to what they want and most importantly surpass their expectations by providing exceptional services.”

Franchisees are at the forefront of the brand, and they can expect initial and ongoing training. “We nurture our franchisees and work collaboratively as a Brazilian Beauty community to make sure the business remains profitable,” Webster said.

When Brazilian Beauty launched in 2004 the focus was predominantly around waxing and tanning, however today salons provide a broader range of beauty treatments and services.
