Top Snap, a real estate visual marketing business is headed up by Ralf Barschow, owner and CEO.

“We offer a business opportunity to photographers who are passionate about real estate,” he says.

The business has 12 years’ experience with a focus on professional services, training and innovative visual solutions.

“Every franchisee is granted an exclusive territory,” he says.

Barschow says the model is suitable in both metropolitan and regional sites.

The model also provides national marketing campaigns and preferred suppliers, but local area marketing is important. Profit is leveraged as franchisees move from being a sole trader to a business owner with network of contractors.

“(It is) a competitive industry which requires 100 percent commitment,” says Barschow.

The model also requires technical skills.

“We require a photography background.”

The initial investment for a 10 year term franchise is $34,000 plus another optional 12-month training program up to $15,000 based on an individual skills assessment. A proprietary imaging software program Genie Pro is provided with the model.
