House builder GJ Gardner Homes has reached the third spot for percentage growth in worldwide sales in a rating of the top 200 franchised companies operating in the United States.
A newly released report The 2011 Franchise Times Top 200 shows that G.J. Gardner Homes has experienced a sales growth of 48.1% over the year.
The report also lists G.J. Gardner Homes as 125th franchised company, based on worldwide sales.
Ross Morley, managing director of GJ Gardner Homes in Victoria and Tasmania said that the company is delighted with the report’s findings.
“The new report shows the importance of G.J. Gardner Homes as a global franchising model.
“We are thrilled that the company has ranked so highly based on percentage growth this year, which is a very promising sign for our future.
