Australian franchised restaurant chain La Porchetta is opening its doors wider with new franchise opportunities in New Zealand. Five franchise openings are planned for New Zealand over the next two years to add to its seven existing outlets – five in Auckland and two in Christchurch, with two franchisees running two sites each.

Franchisees require passion and motivation rather than catering experience. The New Zealand franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds, including an ex Mobil franchisee, IT and human resources management.
