Lenard’s celebrates star performance with FOOTY awards

It’s FOOTY time at Lenards, the chicken chain, which has just announced its top performers in the annual Franchise Owner of the Year awards.

Allison Roshier from LenardÍs Cairns Central was named Franchise Owner of the Year and said the win is a reflection of her teamÍs hard work and its strong focus on great customer service.

“We all take great pride in what we do, from the quality of our customer service to the presentation of our fresh products. This award acknowledges the high standards we maintain, and is a real inspiration to the younger staff because they know their hard work has not gone unnoticed.”

Winners are recognised for excellence in areas of customer service and satisfaction, store management and business growth.

The 2011 LenardÍs top FOOTY award winners include:

  • Franchise Owner of the Year: Allison Roshier, Cairns Central (Qld)
  • Multi-Franchise Owner of the Year: Matt Cullen, Kawana (Qld)
  • Store Manager of the Year: Robert Wall, Newcomb (Vic)
  • New Franchise Owner of the Year: Melanie Ellis and Teresa Davies, Ellenbrook (WA)
  • National Customer Service : John and Joanna Moore, Maddington (WA) ()

Winners on the 2010/2011 LenardÍs Franchise Owner of the Year Honour Role are rewarded with cash prizes in addition to their awards, as well as recognition among their peers.
