The first Pie Face outlet in the Northern Territory has been unveiled with the opening of United Petroleum’s new multimillion-dollar service station in Katherine.

The petrol chain’s latest outlet is showcasing “food, rest and fuel” in one place.

Following the acquisition of the Pie Face brand by United Petroleum earlier this year the company has been adding the fast food outlet to its convenience stores.

In the latest service station model, Pie Face sits alongside a 24 hour Quick Stop convenience store, and new refuelling canopy and pumps are part of an upgraded fuel site.

The service station also provides bathroom facilities.

United Petroleum national marketing manager Andrew English describes the Katherine business as a “new-generation service station”.
