The Rams franchise has expanded its presence in South Australia with the opening of its third Home Loan Centre, bringing the total of outlets on mainland Australia to more than 70.

Melos Sulicich, chief executive of Rams, said the face-to-face service is popular with South Australians.

“Rams Home Loan Centres are owned and operated by a local home loan expert, providing home buyers with the peace of mind that they’re dealing with someone they can trust when it comes to their individual home loan needs,” he said.

The first such centre was opened in the State two and a half years ago by Cheryl Haywood who believes the timing is just right for the latest launch.

“We have been incredibly busy in the past few weeks as many home buyers seek to take advantage of recent variable and fixed interest rate cuts and the SA Housing Construction Grant which has now been extended to the end of the year.”

South Australian RAMS Home Loan Centres are based in Adelaide Central and Adelaide North East. RAMS plans to continue to increase its retail presence with the recruitment of two more franchisees to expand its reach in South Australia.
