A Mt Tamborine student will be spending New Years in Paris after winning the Michel’s Patisserie’s New Years Eve in Paris competition valued at $55,000.
A keen pastry cook, Molly Sullivan-Stevens entered the competition via SMS after watching an episode of The Great Outdoors, and heard she had won the prize just in time for her 19th birthday.
Michel’s Patisserie marketing manager Pia Harrison said “What luck that our grand prize winner also happens to love cooking delicious pastries — just like we do at Michel’s Patisserie!
There are more than 335 Michel’s Patisserie stores operating across Australia, employing about 3,100 staff and serving around 26 million cups of coffee and 9.5 million slices of cake each year. The Michel’s Patisserie franchise network is owned and managed by Retail Food Group (RFG).
