Gelato franchise, Trampoline, has headed north and opened two new stores in Darwin’s newly developed Waterfront Precinct and Knuckey Street.
The new Northern Territory stores follow the opening of Trampoline’s first interstate outlet in Queensland’s Indooroopilly late last year. There are also eight Trampoline stores across Melbourne.
CEO Amanda Walton said “We are thrilled to be in Darwin where our gelato is especially suited to the climate. With so much development taking place at the moment – particularly at the Waterfront – it’s a really exciting time for the brand to jump on board.”
To celebrate the new stores, Trampoline has also released a new Darwin-inspired flavour, named Croc Mint, comprising a Belgian couverture choc mint base with mint crisps throughout.
Available at all 11 outlets, 5c from every Midi cup of the flavour sold before 31 July will be donated to the Indigenous Literacy Project, which supplies book and reading material to remote communities.
